The factory cooling hoses on B58-powered BMWs fail over time from heat cycling, pressure, and brittle plastic quick-connect fittings. This kit replaces the most failure-prone OEM plastic fittings and hoses in the B58 cooling system with billet aluminum and silicone components built to last the life of the car.

Each fitting is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to exact OEM dimensions and anodized for corrosion resistance. Hoses are high-temp 4-ply silicone, pressure-tested for daily driving, track use, and high-boost setups.
