Shipping policy
Made to order. Most parts and kits are made to order, so production time varies by product and current demand. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page where available. Email yang@maxqstore.com for a status update on your order at any time.
Carriers and tracking. Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. International parcels are handed to your local postal service (for example Royal Mail or USPS) for final delivery.
Delivery times. Transit times quoted at checkout are carrier estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day you order. They are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by an incorrect address. Address changes must be requested before your order ships.
Duties and taxes. International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or fees by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless they were collected at checkout. Refused or unpaid parcels are handled under our Refund Policy.
Lost, delayed or returned parcels. If tracking stops updating or your parcel is returned to us, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost or returned, we will reship your order or refund it as set out in our Refund Policy.
Damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, email photos of the box and the parts within 7 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.
Contact us first. For any shipping problem, email yang@maxqstore.com before contacting your bank. We respond within 2 business days.
