E9X M57 335D Upper Radiator Hose Kit

The factory upper radiator hose on the E90 335d with the M57 engine is a known weak point, commonly failing at the plastic quick-connect fitting and leaving owners stranded. This billet aluminum upgrade kit eliminates that failure point by replacing the fragile OEM components with a precision-machined, leak-proof alternative designed to last the life of the vehicle.

Made from 6061 aluminum, our connector is CNC-machined to exact OEM dimensions and anodized for corrosion resistance. The upgraded high-temp 4-ply silicone hose clamps directly onto the billet connector, simplifying the assembly while improving durability, flow, and heat resistance over stock. This kit is ideal for daily driving, high-mileage builds, and tuned setups running increased boost and load.
