The factory cooling hoses on B48-powered BMWs fail over time from heat cycling, pressure, and brittle plastic quick-connect fittings. This kit replaces every major OEM plastic fitting and hose in the B48 cooling system with billet aluminum and silicone components built to last the life of the car.

Each fitting is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to exact OEM dimensions and anodized for corrosion resistance. Hoses are high-temp 4-ply silicone, pressure-tested for daily driving, track use, and high-boost setups.
